I mentioned in my first newsletter that nostalgia is often painful for me, it tends to bring up feelings of regret and wistfulness. I get this pang of yearning that’s less “wow, those were the good ol’ days” and more “fuck, the world is on fire and I can’t believe I’ll never get to back to that time again…
